Top beauty influencers in Kenya: engagement and audience benchmarks

The median and ranges across this ranking, so you can tell a genuinely strong beauty creator from an average one.

111creators indexed65.8Kmedian followers0.07%median engagement19.8%avg suspicious followers

The top beauty influencers in Kenya run a median engagement rate of 0.07% and average 19.8% suspicious followers. Treat 0.07% as the bar a strong beauty creator in Kenya should clear; below it, you are paying for reach, not attention.

The best beauty influencers in Kenya here span 16 nano or micro and 0 macro accounts, covering both cost-efficient gifting and broad-reach launches. Audiences concentrate in Kenya (100%), skewing female at 52%.

How this list is built. These are Instagram creators who describe themselves using terms like beauty, beauty creator, beauty content in their own bio and whose audience is concentrated in Kenya. 111 accounts matched. We rank them on a blend of engagement rate, suspicious-follower share and reach, then publish the top 20. Figures are a snapshot taken on Aug 2026 and are frozen between refreshes, so the order you see is the order everyone sees.

FAQ

Beauty influencers in Kenya: common questions

How do I find beauty influencers in Kenya?

Three approaches work. You can search local hashtags and location tags manually, which is free but slow and biased toward whoever posts most. You can ask your existing customers who they follow. Or you can filter an index: Leewou holds 111 beauty influencers in Kenya and lets you narrow by follower range, engagement rate, audience country and suspicious-follower share in one query. The 20 on this page are the top of that set, and the rest are in the app.

Who are the top beauty influencers in Kenya right now?

On this ranking, Joanna Kinuthia (@joannakinuthia), Sandra 😈💕 (@thickyy_sandra), Princesskerubo💚 (@princesskerubo_). The ordering blends engagement rate, audience quality and reach rather than follower count alone, which is why a smaller account can outrank a larger one. Data was last refreshed in Aug 2026.

What counts as a good engagement rate for beauty creators?

Use the set you are actually buying from as the benchmark, not a global average. Across these beauty influencers in Kenya, the median engagement rate is 0.07% at a median of 65.8K followers. Anything meaningfully above that median is doing better than its peers at the same size; anything well below is worth a second look before you pay for reach.

Are these follower counts real?

Not entirely, and that is true of every Instagram list. Across this group, an average of 19.8% of followers show signs of being fake or inactive. We publish that figure on every card instead of hiding it, so you can discount reach estimates before you negotiate. Anything above 30% is worth auditing manually before you commit budget.

Can I see contact details and full audience data for these creators?

Not on this page: it is a public preview. Inside Leewou you get the full audience breakdown (age, gender, country, city, interests, credibility), historical growth, content performance and email unlocks, plus the ability to save creators to shared lists and monitor their campaign posts. The trial runs 14 days with no card required.
