10 Traackr alternatives worth comparing in 2026 (and what the annual contract really costs)

Leewou TeamAugust 22, 2026

TL;DR: Traackr's pricing page is a "Request pricing" form with no figures on it. Independent guides report a Standard tier from $32,500/yr with a five user minimum, three tiers at roughly $20k, $32.5k and $55k a year, and a broader range of $17,000 to over $55,000 with no monthly option. This page ranks 10 alternatives on price and fit. Leewou is first for teams that need discovery, vetting and campaign reporting rather than enterprise measurement infrastructure, at $149/mo with no contract.

Traackr homepage, the enterprise creator data platform teams compare after a five figure quote
Traackr's homepage, captured August 2026. The headline reads "Unlock the value of your creator data."

Traackr is a genuinely good enterprise platform. It has been around since 2008, its client list runs to Sephora, L'Oreal, Samsung and Lacoste, and the measurement side is deeper than most of this category.

That's also the problem for everyone else. It's built and priced for global brands with dedicated influencer teams, and the annual contract arrives before you've had a chance to work out whether you needed that much platform.

Why people look for a Traackr alternative

Five figures a year, and you cannot see it coming

There are no prices on traackr.com. The pricing page is a form headed "Request pricing" that routes you to a platform specialist. What third parties report is consistent enough to plan around: a Standard tier from $32,500/yr with a minimum of five users, tiers at roughly $20k, $32.5k and $55k a year, and a wider reported band of $17,000 to over $55,000 depending on markets and modules.

The five user minimum is the detail worth catching. If your influencer team is two people, you are still buying five seats.

Discovery is not what it is best at

Traackr's centre of gravity is measurement: brand vitality scoring, benchmarking against competitors, and tracking creator relationships over years. Discovery is present, but it comes up as the weaker half in independent write-ups, including Modash's own roundup, which points at expensive pricing and limited influencer discovery.

If your bottleneck is finding creators you don't already know, that's the wrong tool to spend $32,500 on.

The enterprise tier exists for a specific kind of agency

The clearest framing we found came from an agency operator answering someone who had used both Traackr and Klear and could no longer afford either:

The Klear/Traackr tier exists for agencies doing 20+ campaigns simultaneously with enterprise clients who want white-label dashboards. You don't need that yet and paying for it now would eat your margin before you've even proved the model.

The person who asked the question had run campaigns on both platforms and knew exactly what they did:

From past experience, I've already worked with platforms like Klear and Traackr, so I know what strong enterprise tools can do. The problem is that right now I simply don't have the budget for those kinds of platforms.

That's the honest shape of this search. Most people looking for a Traackr alternative aren't unhappy with Traackr. They just aren't the customer it was priced for.

10 Traackr alternatives, and where each one fits

Disclosure: Leewou is ours, hence first. The rest are ordered by how often they come up as real Traackr swaps in the threads and guides linked here. Nobody paid for placement.

1. Leewou

Best for: teams that need discovery, vetting and campaign reporting without a five figure annual commitment or a five seat minimum.

A year of Leewou's Essential plan is $1,188 billed annually. That is roughly a fortnight of the reported Traackr Standard contract.

For that you get 430M+ profiles across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube from around 950 followers, unlimited search on every plan, 300 profile analyses a month, and the audience data you need to vet a creator before you pay them: demographics, engagement history, growth trends and follower authenticity signals.

Being straight about what you lose: Traackr's measurement layer is deeper than ours. Brand vitality scoring, multi-year relationship history, competitive benchmarking across markets, and the governance a global org needs are things Leewou does not do. If your job is proving influencer ROI to a board across twelve markets, Traackr earns its price.

If your job is finding good creators, checking their audiences are real, keeping a shortlist your team agrees on, and reporting what happened after they posted, that's the whole of what Leewou is for.

Pricing: Essential $149/mo ($99/mo billed yearly) with 300 analyses and 2 seats, Performance $299/mo ($249/mo billed yearly) with 800 analyses and 5 seats, Enterprise from $6,999/yr. 14 day free trial, no credit card, cancel anytime.

2. Modash

Best for: Shopify and ecommerce brands that want a published price and a large index.

Modash publishes every tier, with Essentials at $299/mo covering 2 seats, 300 opened profiles and 150 email unlocks, against a 380M+ profile index, and Enterprise from $14,700/yr. That enterprise figure is roughly half the reported Traackr Standard tier, with an actual number attached.

3. IQFluence

Best for: teams that want a large index and published self-serve pricing in the same product.

IQFluence covers Instagram, TikTok and YouTube with a claimed 375M+ creators and 20 search filters, and publishes its plans: Starter from $236/mo billed annually, Advanced from $436/mo, Business around $1,300/mo, with an optional outreach add-on and a 7 day free trial. Much closer to Traackr's discovery use case than to its measurement layer.

4. HypeAuditor

Best for: teams whose main need is audience auditing and competitive intelligence.

HypeAuditor's Basic plan is $299/mo billed annually, covering 227.3M+ accounts across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X and Twitch, with market analysis tools for seeing which creators competitors work with. Its own documentation notes Basic ships without AI Search and the Account Quality Score filter.

5. GRIN

Best for: ecommerce programs that want to start free and avoid an annual contract entirely.

GRIN used to sit alongside Traackr on five figure annual deals and no longer does. It now publishes five self-serve plans from $0 to $1,500/mo, month to month, with no required sales call and no per-seat charge. If the annual contract is your objection, this removes it outright.

6. Influencity

Best for: agencies that need client workspace separation without enterprise pricing.

Influencity's Professional plan is reported at $318/mo with 10,000 monthly results and 150 profile analyses, on a 7 day free trial. A sensible landing spot for the agency in the thread above: real client structure, no five figure commitment.

7. Klear

Best for: teams already inside the Meltwater suite for PR and social listening.

Klear is now Meltwater Influencer Marketing, and klear.com redirects to Meltwater's site. Pricing is quote-only, reported around $33,100/yr for three users on annual-only terms. Same commercial model as Traackr, so it solves the capability question rather than the cost one.

8. Upfluence

Best for: larger teams folding creator work into an ecommerce and CRM stack.

Upfluence is quote-only, with G2 reporting a $478/mo floor and buyers reporting actual quotes of $1,400 to $1,800/mo on annual contracts. Considerably cheaper than Traackr while keeping the demo-and-contract process.

9. Aspire

Best for: brands running UGC licensing and affiliate programs at scale.

Aspire has reported pricing around $2,299 to $2,499/mo on annual terms, with one buyer publicly reporting a $1,400 to $1,800/mo quote. Stronger on content operations than on measurement, so it is a sideways move from Traackr rather than a cheaper one.

10. CreatorIQ

Best for: enterprise programs that expect a dedicated success manager.

CreatorIQ is the platform Traackr is most often benchmarked against, and it publishes no pricing either. Users report contracts in the $25,000 to $60,000/yr range. If you are comparing the two, you are choosing between enterprise contracts rather than escaping one.

Measurement depth is not the same as discovery depth

The reason Traackr costs what it does is that it is solving a measurement problem: proving the value of a creator programme across markets, over years, against competitors. That is genuinely hard and genuinely worth money to a company spending millions on creators.

Most teams evaluating it have a different problem. They need to find the right creators and check the audience is real before spending. Those two jobs get bundled into the same category and priced as if they were one.

Leewou's pricing page: Essential $149/mo, Performance $299/mo, Enterprise from $6,999/yr. Published, not quoted.

Leewou prices the research half on its own, and will go narrower still if that's what you need. Teams that only want analysis on creators sourced elsewhere, or only campaign monitoring for a roster already signed, get priced on those pieces alone, which normally lands under the published Essential tier.

You also get a direct line to the people building the product while we're this size, rather than an account manager assigned by contract value. That won't stay true at scale, but it's true today.
