10 Klear alternatives worth comparing in 2026 (now that Klear is Meltwater)

Leewou TeamAugust 22, 2026

TL;DR: Klear is now Meltwater Influencer Marketing. Visit klear.com and you land on Meltwater, where influencer marketing is one module inside a much larger media intelligence suite. Pricing is quote-only and reported around $33,100/yr for three users on annual-only terms. This page ranks 10 alternatives on price and fit. Leewou is first for teams that want a standalone discovery and vetting tool rather than a suite, at $149/mo with published pricing.

Klear now redirects to Meltwater Influencer Marketing, shown here as one module of the Meltwater suite
What you actually see at klear.com today, captured August 2026: Meltwater's influencer marketing page, not Klear's.

The first thing to know is that Klear is not really a product you can buy any more. It was acquired by Meltwater and folded into the suite, and the brand has now been retired to the point that its own domain sends you to meltwater.com.

That changes what you are actually evaluating. You are not comparing a focused influencer tool against alternatives. You are comparing one module of a media intelligence platform, sold on the terms the whole platform is sold on.

Why people look for a Klear alternative

The product you researched no longer exists under that name

Most reviews of Klear online describe the standalone product. The thing you would buy today is Meltwater Influencer Marketing, whose homepage headline is "The only influencer marketing solution that learns your brand's DNA."

That gap between the reviews and the product is something buyers noticed even before the rebrand finished:

Has anybody used Klear (Meltwater) for influencer marketing? There are a few review blogs about them on the internet, but, not many user reviews.

mosayar, r/influencermarketing

Worth reading that whole thread, because the original poster came back and posted which tool they ended up choosing and why.

Suite pricing, annual only

Meltwater does not publish influencer marketing pricing. The figure reported by independent comparisons is around $33,100/yr for three users, on annual-only contracts with a notice period for cancellation. Meltwater's own pricing explainer describes tiers by team size and use case rather than by number.

That is enterprise suite pricing, and it makes sense if you also want media monitoring, PR and social listening in the same contract. It makes much less sense if all you wanted was creator discovery.

Filter depth and platform coverage get mixed reviews

Reports here genuinely conflict, so here are both. One user moved away over search precision:

I used to use Klear but found the filters too limited, especially for location and niche targeting.

LonelyQuail4678, r/influencermarketing

Another user in the same thread said the opposite about coverage, claiming Klear had more TikTok creators than any tool they had seen, at over 12 million. A third argued the platform lost ground by being slow on TikTok in the first place. Treat all three as opinions rather than measurements, and test the filters you actually need during a demo.

10 Klear alternatives, and where each one fits

Disclosure: Leewou is ours, hence first. The rest are ordered by how often they come up as real Klear swaps in the threads and guides linked here. Nobody paid for placement.

1. Leewou

Best for: teams that want a focused discovery and vetting tool rather than an influencer module inside a media suite.

Klear figures reported by Influencer Hero's Klear comparison and Ainfluencer's Klear review, not published by Meltwater. Leewou figures from leewou.com/pricing.

The index comparison is the one worth pausing on. Leewou covers 430M+ profiles across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube from around 950 followers. Klear's post-merger figure is reported at 30M+ influencers. Those are different orders of magnitude, though they are also different kinds of index: a broad public-data crawl versus a more curated set.

Leewou discovery search filtering creators by audience location and engagement rate
Leewou's discovery search, including the location and niche filtering that one Klear user found too limited.

Search is unlimited on every Leewou plan, and credits only move when you analyze a profile or unlock an email, so refining a location or niche search as many times as you like costs nothing.

What Meltwater does that Leewou cannot touch: media monitoring, PR workflows, social listening and consumer intelligence, all in one contract. If your team needs those anyway, buying influencer marketing as part of that suite is a reasonable consolidation play and a standalone tool is an extra vendor.

Pricing: Essential $149/mo ($99/mo billed yearly) with 300 analyses and 2 seats, Performance $299/mo ($249/mo billed yearly) with 800 analyses and 5 seats, Enterprise from $6,999/yr. 14 day free trial, no credit card.

2. Modash

Best for: Shopify and ecommerce brands wanting a published price and a large index.

Modash publishes everything: Essentials at $299/mo with 2 seats, 300 opened profiles and 150 email unlocks, a 380M+ profile index, and Enterprise from $14,700/yr. Less than half the reported Klear figure at the enterprise end, with a number you can see before a call.

3. IQFluence

Best for: teams that want a large index, self-serve pricing and optional outreach.

IQFluence claims 375M+ creators across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube with 20 filters, and publishes plans: Starter from $236/mo billed annually, Advanced from $436/mo, Business around $1,300/mo, plus a 7 day free trial with no credit card. A far shorter path to using the product than a Meltwater quote.

4. HypeAuditor

Best for: teams that need deep audience auditing and broad platform coverage.

HypeAuditor's Basic plan is $299/mo billed annually, with 227.3M+ accounts across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X and Twitch. Its own documentation notes Basic ships without AI Search and the Account Quality Score filter, so check the tier before assuming you get the fraud tooling.

5. Influencity

Best for: agencies managing several client accounts under one login.

Influencity's Professional plan is reported at $318/mo with 10,000 monthly results and 150 profile analyses, on a 7 day trial. Roughly a hundredth of the reported Klear annual figure, for the discovery and client-structure half of the job.

6. Traackr

Best for: global brands that need measurement and benchmarking across markets.

Traackr is the other enterprise name buyers weigh against Klear, and it is quote-only too, with a Standard tier reported from $32,500/yr on a five user minimum. Deeper measurement than Klear by most accounts, and the same annual commitment.

7. GRIN

Best for: ecommerce programs that want to avoid an annual contract entirely.

GRIN now publishes five self-serve plans from $0 to $1,500/mo, month to month, with no required sales call. If the annual-only commitment is what pushed you off Klear, this is the cleanest structural answer on the list, though it is built around ecommerce seeding and payouts.

8. Favikon

Best for: B2B creator programs, especially on LinkedIn.

Favikon's Core plan is $199/mo, or $159/mo billed yearly, covering nine channels including LinkedIn, X, Substack and Pinterest, with a 7 day trial. If Klear appealed because of breadth across channels, this is the affordable version of that idea.

9. Upfluence

Best for: larger teams folding creator work into an ecommerce and CRM stack.

Upfluence is quote-only, with G2 reporting a $478/mo floor and buyers reporting actual quotes of $1,400 to $1,800/mo on annual contracts. Cheaper than the reported Klear figure, same demo-and-contract shape.

10. CreatorIQ

Best for: enterprise programs with procurement teams and a success manager expectation.

CreatorIQ publishes no pricing, and users report contracts in the $25,000 to $60,000/yr range. Comparable in commercial shape to Klear inside Meltwater, so it answers a capability question rather than a cost one.

Buying a suite versus buying a tool

There is a real argument for the Meltwater route. One contract, one vendor, one login covering PR, media monitoring, social listening and influencer marketing. Procurement teams like that, and so do people tired of managing eight subscriptions.

The argument against is just as simple: you pay suite prices for the module you use most, and the influencer half has to be good enough on its own merits. If it is not the reason you are buying, it rarely gets the roadmap attention a standalone product gives it.

Leewou pricing page showing Essential, Performance, and Enterprise plans
Leewou's pricing page: Essential $149/mo, Performance $299/mo, Enterprise from $6,999/yr.

Leewou is the opposite trade. Influencer discovery, analysis, vetting and campaign monitoring is the entire product, and if you only need part of it, we'll price around that, which usually lands under the published Essential tier. There is no PR module, no media monitoring, and no social listening, so if you need those, this is not a consolidation play.
