Team members and seats
How to invite teammates to your Leewou workspace, manage existing members, and understand seat limits across plans.
Every Leewou workspace has one owner and can have multiple members, depending on your plan. Owners control billing and team settings. Members get full access to discovery, lists, and campaigns - but can't touch billing.
How many seats does each plan include
Seat limits are set at the plan level. Here's what each tier supports:
- Trial - 1 seat (the account owner only).
- Essentials - up to 2 seats.
- Performance - up to 5 seats.
- Enterprise - up to 25 seats.
You can see how many seats are in use on the Current plan tab under Plan usage. If you're hitting the limit, you'll need to upgrade your plan before you can add more people.
Inviting a team member
Only the account owner can send invitations. Invites go out by email and the recipient gets a link to accept and join the workspace.
- Go to Settings → Team in the left sidebar.
- Find the Invite Member card.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to add.
- Click Invite. They'll receive an email with a link to accept.
Pending invitations appear below the member list under Pending Invitations. You can revoke any invite there if plans change before the person accepts.
Invitations expire after a set period. If the recipient misses it, revoke the old invite and send a fresh one.

Team roles: owner vs. member
Leewou has two roles in a workspace. They're intentionally simple.
- Owner - full access to everything, including billing, plan changes, team management, and all product features. There is one owner per workspace.
- Member - full access to discovery, profile analytics, lists, campaigns, and exports. Cannot access billing, invite team members, or change plan settings.
If your team member needs to see the current plan and credit usage, they can access Plan & billing → Current plan. That's the only billing view available to members.
Removing a team member
Only the owner can remove members. Removing a member revokes their access immediately - they won't be able to log in to the workspace after that.
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Find the member you want to remove in the Members list.
- Click the remove icon (trash icon) next to their name.
- Confirm. Access is revoked immediately.
Transferring ownership
You can transfer ownership to any existing team member. Once you do, you become a regular member and the other person gets owner-level access - including billing control. This action can't be undone, so make sure you're transferring to the right person.
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Find the member you want to promote in the Members list.
- Click the transfer icon next to their name.
- Confirm in the dialog. Ownership transfers immediately.
Leaving a team
If you're a member (not the owner), you can leave a workspace at any time from Settings → Team. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and click Leave. Your account stays active - you just lose access to that workspace.
Owners can't leave their own workspace. To step away, transfer ownership to another member first, then leave.
